This interior refresh at Sky@Eleven Condo reflects a deliberate move toward restraint and calm. Tasked with undoing a poorly executed prior renovation, the design direction focused on reintroducing clarity, consistency, and quiet elegance across key spaces — the wet kitchen, hallway, bedroom, and internal doors.
The design leans into soft minimalism, where architectural lines are clean, but never sterile. Fluted wall panels stretch across the hallway, visually elongating the space while concealing doorways with elegant subtlety. In the wet kitchen, matte laminate cabinetry in a soft beige tone blends seamlessly with the marble backsplash, creating a continuous, fluid visual language.
Materiality is restrained yet tactile — the use of high-quality laminates offers a muted sheen and warm neutrality, allowing natural light to bounce softly across surfaces. The result is a calm, considered environment with a heightened sense of spatial order — one that feels serene, lived-in, and visually coherent.
